Case Study - Morpheus In-Room Dining Menu

Client: Morpheus Hotel, a Melco Resorts brand

Creative direction: Chandelier Creative and food stylist Mariana Velasquez designed a clean, contemporary aesthetic for the in-room dining menu at the new Morpheus hotel. Other than staging the food photographs on white linen, the images do away with everything extraneous to the mission of the endeavor - the food - while maintaining a distinct visual aesthetic in keeping with the client’s broader brand image.

Shortly before the opening of Morpheus, both myself and David Hartung worked with Velasques, Chandelier, and the client’s culinary team to make these and other images for the opening of the hotel. With little space available in the schedule or hotel, we worked simultaneously to create a visually-unified library of food marketing and menu images for use across the property.
