Since the beginning of my time in Asia working at a destination travel magazine, food and dining have been key to my work. From Asia to Europe, I have photographed food from the street to the finest restaurants. I have intimate familiarity with the cuisine of China’s many regions, work frequently with Indian and Southeast Asian food, and have worked with most of the highest rated European chefs at their restaurants in south China.
In Hong Kong, I have photographed food for publishers from Tasting Kitchen to Prestige. My work has brought me from venues like Heritage 1881 and The Murray Hotel to celebrated local noodle shops.
